I have been a teacher in Talladega County for twenty three years.  Throughout my career, I have taught in various positions. My first job was as a fifth grade teacher at Jonesview Elementary.  After two years, Jonesview closed and I went to Stemley Elementary as a third grade teacher.  I taught at Stemley for nine years before coming to Childersburg Elementary. I taught the LANGUAGE! program for five years and then I became the Reading Coach.  I am beginning my eighth year as the Reading Coach.

I have been a teacher in Talladega County for twenty three years.  I am beginning my thirteenth year at Childersburg Elementary.  I am currently the Reading Coach here at Childersburg Elementary.

I am married and have a daughter who is thirteen years old.  I enjoy reading, playing the piano, and spending time with my family.
